And we're back!

Welcome home Dance Study Cycles students! After a twenty hour travel day we finally made it home. Avignon is an amazing city thriving on the artistic culture that is centuries old. The buildings that tower over every tiny, winding street are covered in eye-catching posters. Each poster invites you to a new performance, each performance incredibly unique.  The beautiful public gardens are full of people of all ages relaxing in the very obviously laid back French mentality. We had the pleasure of attending a total of 14 performances. The shows came in a variety of structures, some were a mixture of movement and theatre while another was the showing of Jan Lauwers new documentary. Each show had it's own voice that spoke to the audience in a profound way. Here are a few photos from the trip, more details about each performance and photos of our adventure are on their way!
